Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact / project-intake form or book a fit call, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and information about your project (such as jurisdiction, project type, square footage, and timeline). Providing this information is voluntary, but we need it to respond to your inquiry.
Automatic information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.
On-device preferences. Your light/dark theme choice is stored locally in
your browser (via localStorage) and is never transmitted to us.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, scope and price work, deliver drafting services, and keep in touch about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-site advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties to operate this site. Each receives only what is needed for its function and is expected to protect it:
- Supabase — stores contact-form submissions in our database.
- Tally — powers the “Submit Your Project” intake form.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves the website.
- Google Fonts & Google Maps — load fonts and the office map; Google may receive your IP address when these assets load.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only the on-device theme preference described above. If we add privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
Data retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain our business records, then delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted. Email gabriel.r@gvdraftingdesign.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to limit access to it.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
