GV Drafting developed this new single-family home in Reminderville (Summit County) for a contractor client — starting from several design options and carrying the chosen scheme all the way to a permit-ready construction set.
The project ran the full real-world lifecycle: concept options, a complete 24×36 construction set, a round of plan-review comments, and revisions back to a clean submittal. Site-specific work included lot data, a REScheck energy-compliance report, and coordination around a rear-pond condition on the lot.
The set covered floor plans, elevations, foundation and framing, sections and details, and the code and energy notes the jurisdiction expects to see.
